After many months of feeling like a limp dick in the gym I’m finally starting to put together some more solid workouts the last few weeks. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but eating much worse seems to be making all the difference. Like for instance last night I hit all my macros perfectly, as long as my macros are a can of chili and few hand fulls of Cheez-its and a large piece of carrot cake. I know what you are thinking, “Oh yeah, Steve can eat whatever he wants because on tons of juice”. WRONG! I can eat like shit because of two reasons: I don’t give a crap about my abs and I have such an iron will that I honestly believe that if I train hard enough I can turn any crap I eat into quality muscle. Believe and achieve my little Pulcimaniacs.
Todays training was kinda fun:
High-pull/power-clean combos: worked up to 150kgs
Front squats: worked up to 170kgs
Barbell rows, strict Pendlay style: worked up to 140kgs
Close grip pulldowns
This afternoon a couple of the Iron Sport hotties were training outside and were able to lure a passing ice cream truck into the parking lot. Which wasn’t too difficult seeing that there was a horny Mexican driving the rig. I would say we pretty much have it all down here now. Great equipment, great athletes, hot chicks, great atmosphere and now the ice cream man! You have no excuse not to be here now.
