Steve’s Log- Thursday July 10, 2014

There really isn’t too much in the gym to report on so I’ll give you the run down on a shoulder workout I did today.

Snatch grip high pulls and hang power snatch- worked up to three sets of 5 pulls and 1 snatch with 90kgs

Barbell press behind neck- 6 sets

Upright row- 100 reps with 135lbs

Superset- dumbbell front raise with side raise- 4 sets

Standing abs- 4 sets
